The Pogo Pin features an inclined plane structure design internally, which, during operation, generates a lateral force through contact with the spring on the inclined plane, ensuring that the pinhead maintains stable contact with the inner wall of the pin tube. This design allows the electrical current to primarily pass through the gold-plated Plunger and Body, thereby achieving stable and extremely low contact resistance, ensuring a stable and reliable connection even with frequent mating and unmating.

2. The assembly is then heated using a reflow soldering process, which melts the solder paste and, upon cooling, solidifies, thereby completing the permanent connection between the connector and the PCB pads.
